The past year has been full of accomplishments as well as a few challenges.  MOMS served a record number of mothers and their babies as our unique and innovative organization continues to grow.

The mission of MOMS is to help women have healthy babies by providing support, health education and access to care.  MOMS mission is as vital today as it was when it was conceived nearly 15 years ago. MOMS utilizes a low-cost, high impact community-based Maternal Child Health Care Coordinator model.  The MOMS model of care has allowed us to serve an ever increasing number of clients, provide depth to our scope of services, and position the agency well for long-term sustainability.

Each baby born healthy is a joy to behold and an investment in our future.  Thank you for your support and your belief in our mission!
